Completing a business jet interior is a high-end, multi-disciplinary project involving design, certification, craftsmanship, and branding. To ensure excellence, American Jet Center has developed all those disciplines in house. We invested heavily in equipment, training, and facilities.
American Jet Center Interior completion facilities include over 42,000 square feet of dedicated work space. Our abilities include, but are not limited to, CNC routing machines, carpet surging, engineering, embroidery, and quality control. Everything your aircraft needs are available under one roof.
Our team will guide you through the design process and refine the mission parameters with you. You will be able to touch and feel the materials prior to making critical design decisions thanks to our large inventory of samples.
Weight and balance, structural, flammability, burn tests, soundproofing, In-flight entertainment, your experience and safety will be unique and compliant.

Paneling and cabinetry
CNC routing tables and laser cutting technology allows for the design and refinement of state of the art products. Perfection is a byproduct of our unique craftmanship that our team has developed over the years.
Carpeting
Our workshop space allows us to roll a complete Boeing Business Jet interior in front of you, allowing the different departments to adjust details before installation in the plane.
